'William Shakespeare: 450 years of modernity'

Perugia (PG) - On the occasion of the 450th anniversary of the birth - April 23, 1564 - Augusta has organized the exhibition literature on the texts of the great bard preserved in the library and on his luck through books, comics and movies taken from his works.

The exhibition is open from March to April 30 in the Hall of the library catalogs.


There are 37 Shakespeare plays, 154 sonnets and several other poems.
The dramatic works of the national poet English have been translated into all the major languages ​​of the world and were staged more often than any other work.
