From November 5th to 7th Città di Castello will be holding its festival devoted to local white truffles, among the most prized in the entire Upper Tiber Valley. Visitors will also be able to taste varieties of local black truffles alongside all kinds of specialities produced using autumn woodland produce such as mushrooms, honey, fruits of the forest, olive oil, wine and cheeses.
