Assisi (PG) - Saturday 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 May at 8.30 am, the Bosco di San Francesco, Well FAI - Italian Environmental Fund Assisi (PG), awaits visitors to a series of lectures on Yoga disciplines in Complex Benedictine Santa Cross, located within the Forest. Yoga, through the integration of Body, Mind and Spirit, tends to union between the individual and the universe, between the micro and the macrocosm; morning practice inside the forest will therefore be a unique opportunity to connect with the highest part of each of us.
Also this year will alternate lectures of 3 different types of yoga: Kundalini Yoga, taught by the Indian teacher, Yogi Bhajan, through which you can expand the mind bringing balance to the body through specific movements that will stimulate specific energy points of the body; Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, an ancient practice that is one of the traditional forms of Hatha Yoga and whose particularity consists of the union of the breath with movement. It is a harmonious and dynamic method capable of giving psychological well-being, along with a body strong, flexible and light and a calm mind and concentrated. Finally, the Yoga Ratna, the Jewel of Yoga is based on the symbolism, which integrates various forms of yoga and Ayurvedic practices with complements of anatomy and physiology also in their symbolic dimension and depth in areas with the most significant of Indian culture.
The course, organized by Tiziana Bigi, Alessia Pasquali and Carla Ricci, is also suitable for beginners.
